As our Senior Project Manager, you\'ll be the operational heartbeat of our creative engine-driving clarity, efficiency, and excellence across every touchpoint.

With deep expertise in managing creative projects within in-house or

external agency environments, you\'ll orchestrate the delivery of high-impact work across multiple brands and channels. You understand the nuances of the creative process-from concept to execution-and bring structure to the beautiful chaos of creativity. You\'ll lead with empathy, collaborate with intention, and elevate the team\'s ability to deliver exceptional creative. \ Program Manager/Project Manager Responsibilities:\

• Champion an efficient approach to creative project management,

fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency that builds trust and accelerates delivery.\

• Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects-from intake and

scoping to execution and delivery-cross multiple brands and tactics.\

• Serve as the Workfront power user, optimizing workflows, templates,

and reporting to drive operational excellence.\

• Guide creative review processes, ensuring alignment with brand

standards and quality expectations.\

• Build strong relationships with brand teams, creative leads, and

cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and transparency.\

• Manage timelines, resources, and budgets to deliver high-quality work

on time and on strategy.\

• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and continuously

improve processes to elevate team performance.\

• Advocate for best practices in creative operations, workflow design,

and project governance. \ Program Manager/Project Manager Must-Haves:\

• 2+ years of experience in project management within a creative agency

environment.\

• Experience in an in-house creative agency or hybrid agency/client-side

environment.\

• Deeply familiar with creative process and workflows.\
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project

management platforms, including workflow management, reporting, and governance.\

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent and multi-faceted

projects across diverse brands and channels.\

• Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development, and

digital marketing workflows.\

• Exceptional communication, organization, and stakeholder management

skills.

Program Manager/Project Manager Nice-to-Haves:\

• Familiarity with Workfront Plugins (Fusion, Campaign Manager) and

other tools like Adobe Experience Manager.\

• Experience with omnichannel campaign execution and integrated

marketing strategies.\

• Proven ability to evaluate creative quality and guide teams through

review and refinement processes.\

• Background in healthcare, biotech, or life sciences.\
• Experience managing MLR review processes in a regulated industry

(pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar).\

• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
