West-Central Illinois Family Medicine - 315K+ Base + 300K Student Loan
One of the largest, most advanced, and financially successful hospital systems in a beautiful riverfront community in West-Central Illinois is looking to add two Family Medicine physicians to join its longstanding practice due to pending retirement and growth. This top-level group serves a 300,000-population region and boasts exceptional physician satisfaction and a high retention rate.
Practice Information
- No market competition
- 4 or 5 day work week
- Clinical services 36-hrs/week (office & procedures) and 4-hrs/week admin time
- Outpatient only, Seeing 20-24 or more if you desire
- 330-bed regional facility with all sub-specialties represented
- Looking to add 8 Primary Care docs to the system due to growth and retirement
Compensation & Benefits
- 315K base plus RVU bonus options
- $50,000 signing bonus
- $300,000 in student loan repayment
- 10% of base quality bonus
