Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram of Tinley Park is looking for experienced Service BDC representatives to join our industry leading service team!

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls for service and parts departments. Set appointments for customers according to their service/parts needs
• Accurately track service/parts appointments - utilize Reynolds & Reynolds, MS Excel, and Google Docs
• Follow-up and confirm appointments with service customers to ensure they arrive at their scheduled time
• Assist service customers with information pertaining to recall information, coordinating loaner vehicles, and parts availability
• Follow-up with unanswered service survey customers with information provided by FIAT Chrysler Automobiles to capture high customer service scores
• Place outbound calls to Parts customers to pick up their parts and capture appointment for their service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, positive attitude is a must!
• Ability to speak articulately
• High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory
• Minimum 1 year prior experience working within an automotive dealership
• Call center experience PREFERRED
• Reynolds & Reynolds Experience PREFERRED
