Assembler - Equipment
Assembler Job Responsibilities Include
Assemble sub assembly parts and components
Assemble complete equipment models ready to ship to customer
Wire and connect motors and switches
Assemble belts, sprockets, pullies, rollers, etc.
Operate overhead cranes and forklift
Assembler Required Education and Experience
High School Graduate
Certification or degree in a manufacturing or mechanical field a plus
Safely operate overhead cranes and fork lift
Two years previous Assembly experience
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to pass manufacturing skills written test
Ability to pass assembly logic written test
Ability to demonstrate sufficient math skills
Read measuring devises and dial calipers
Electrical and plumbing experience helpful
Ability to read electrical schematics
Pneumatics and Hydraulics knowledge helpful
Physical Requirements for Assembler
Ability to Lift up to 70 lbs, with or without assistance
Sit, stand and kneel for extended periods of 2 hours or more at a time.
