We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for pet owners, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations of our veterinary clinic. This role requires a love for animals and a strong ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff.

Part-Time commitment during weekly clinic hours: Monday – Friday (7:30am – 5:30pm) and some Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm).

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of veterinary practice experience. We will provide on the job training.

The Veterinary Receptionist will ensure that clients and their pets have a positive experience at the clinic and that the front desk operations run smoothly. The candidate plays an important role in facilitating communication between clients, veterinarians, and other staff members. Specific responsibilities include:

· Answering phone calls and responding to client inquiries and concerns.

· Scheduling appointments and managing the veterinarian's schedule.

· Greeting clients and their pets and checking them in for their appointments.

· Collecting client information and managing client files and paperwork.

· Billing and processing payments for veterinary services.

· Cleaning and maintaining the front desk area and waiting room.
