Experienced Office Worker for Quartz and Natural Stone Distributor

We are a fast-growing quartz and natural stone distributor looking for an experienced office worker to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a people-oriented individual who is bilingual (English and Spanish, English and Polish ) and has experience working in an office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle phone calls and emails from customers and vendors
• Manage inventory and order processing
• Use Microsoft Office and QuickBooks to maintain records and generate reports
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed
• Assist with customer service and sales tasks

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Bilingual (English and Spanish or English and Polish)
• Must be able to carry 3o pounds

People-oriented with excellent communication skills

• Familiarity with the quartz, granite, cabinets, tiles, or construction industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.25 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

• Des Plaines, IL 60018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Administrative experience (Preferred)
• Microsoft Office (Required)
