LaSalle Network is hiring a Senior Vice President, Solution Delivery , a pivotal executive leadership role responsible for redefining one of the largest and most impactful divisions within a global enterprise software organization. Solution Delivery generates significant revenue and represents nearly 40 percent of the company’s global workforce, making this one of the most critical roles on the executive team.
This leader will be tasked with modernizing delivery operations, creating consistency across regions, and driving cultural and organizational change that enables growth. The ideal candidate brings professional services leadership experience within enterprise software—preferably in the SAP ecosystem—and has the credibility to align senior leaders while inspiring large, global teams.

• Lead a global team of 700+ employees across the U.S., Europe, APAC and India in solution implementation and client success
• Drive global consistency in delivery practices, performance standards and governance
• Partner with Sales to ensure alignment on upsell/customization opportunities and revenue goals
• Assess and refine organizational design to support scale, efficiency and talent development
• Address entrenched behaviors, build accountability, and establish a culture of collaboration and performance
• Work directly with the CEO and executive leadership team to define strategy and execution

• 15+ years of executive-level leadership in professional services within enterprise software; SAP expertise strongly preferred
• Proven ability to lead large global organizations (500+ employees) in complex delivery environments
• Experience driving organizational change, scaling operations, and leading offshore teams
• Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence across regions and cultures
• Skilled at balancing vision with operational discipline in high-growth environments
