Job Title: General Production Worker Location: East Moline, IL Pay $17.50

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented general production workers to join our dynamic team. As a production associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process across multiple production lines, including heavy, medium, and smaller parts. Your primary responsibilities will include loading, unloading, and masking components onto the production line, as well as arranging and transporting parts to various departments.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and mask components onto the production line.
• Pull parts according to requests made by the lines.
• Remove parts and deliver them to specified departments.
• Arrange parts in racks and place racks on the assembly line conveyor.
• Provide support during the production process.
• Clean metal surfaces and maintain assigned tools.

Essential Skills

• Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to bend, stand, sit, reach, and lift as required.

Work Environment

The work environment includes working on various shifts with the potential for high temperatures, especially during summer months. Opportunities for line leader and forklift driver roles are available on different shifts. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
