Executive Director / Assistant
Lawrence Hall is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Director Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Executive Director. This Full-Time, Fully Remote position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient day-to-day executive operations and supporting organizational leadership.
The Executive Director Assistant will manage communications, scheduling, documentation, and special projects while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Requirements
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative or executive support experience preferred.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities required.
