Registered Dental Hygienist

Kennedy & Limardi Family Dental is looking for a professional, enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team. This is a temporary position primarily focused on providing maternity leave coverage from June 22 to October 1, 2026.
Beyond this specific window, we frequently have opportunities for coverage during staff vacations and other leave, making this a great way to establish a relationship with a high-quality, patient-focused practice.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Clinical Care: Perform thorough cleanings (scaling and polishing) and conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
Radiology: Take and develop high-quality X-rays following strict safety protocols.
Education: Empower patients with personalized oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies.
Clinical Support: Assist dentists during exams using four-handed dentistry and maintain detailed records in systems like Eaglesoft or Dentrix.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict infection control, sterilization procedures, and HIPAA regulations.

full-time $45 - $50 per hour

• General Dentistry
• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid Illinois state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Experience: Proven experience in general dentistry; familiarity with pediatrics is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control.
Soft Skills: Compassionate patient interaction and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
