Information Input Clerk ( Remote )

Responsibilities
- Inputting and updating data into company databases accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all information handled
- Verifying and correcting information as necessary to ensure data integrity
- Collaborating with other departments to gather and input necessary information
- Assisting in preparing reports and summaries based on data collected
- Responding to inquiries regarding data and information accuracy
- Identifying areas for process improvement in data handling and input procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
