Client Experience Representative

Join Perma-Seal Basement Systems, a trusted name in home solutions, and help us connect with our large existing customer base to promote our new insulation services. We're looking for an in-office Appointment Setter who is more than just friendly on the phoneyou're a closer. Someone who knows how to guide a conversation, meet call goals, and convert interest into scheduled appointments. If that sounds like you, we'd love to talk.
What You'll Do:
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and schedule free insulation service inspections
- Close calls by meeting weekly appointment-setting goals and KPIs
- Follow up via phone and email to generate strong leads (customer lists provided!)
- Accurately log interactions and outcomes in our CRM system
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Google Meet
Position Details:
- Full-time
- On-site
- Flexible schedule with performance expectations
- $20 Hourly + Bonus!
What You Bring:
- A results-oriented mindset and drive to meet or exceed goals
- Confidence and skill in closing outbound calls by setting appointments
- Strong phone presence with professional communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
- High school diploma or GED
