Rehearsal Director is responsible for supervising rehearsals and staging ballets, as well as facilitating the training and development of Company Artists. This position works closely with fellow Rehearsal Directors, Artistic and Music Staff, General Manager, Company Manager, Production Manager, Stage Managers, Academy Staff, Visiting Artists, and Dancers. The Rehearsal Director serves as an ambassador for the Joffrey, and participates in events, performances, and other related activities. The position requires consistent alignment with the Artistic Director’s vision through active support and meaningful contributions to its realization.
