Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report data trends from multiple organizational sources for decision-making.
- Create and communicate complex process artifacts such as workflow diagrams.
- Implement governance to optimize processes and minimize risks.
- Monitor policy compliance and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Identify trends to inform process improvements and reduce service disruptions.
- Experience in analyzing and validating data for quality and integrity.
- Proficiency in creating process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to institute governance and optimize organizational processes.
- Knowledge of policy interpretation and compliance monitoring.
- Experience in using data management and visualization tools.
