Treatment Coordinator - River Forest, IL

Schedule for the Treatment Coordinator:

• Monday: 9:30AM-6:00PM

• Tuesday: 11:00AM-7:00PM

• Wednesday: 7:30AM-3:00PM

• Thursday: 9:30AM-6:00PM

• Friday: 9:30AM-1:00PM

Responsibilities and Requirements of the Treatment Coordinator:

• Dental experience preferred but not required

• Manage and oversee patients’ appointments and treatment plans

• Convert new patients into active patients and prepare welcome and exit packets

• Connect patients with the doctors and establish a relationship

• Review and explain treatment plans and fee to patients

• Perform follow up calls, texts, emails, and mail for all patients

• Actively participate in the External Marketing Committee

• Practice marketing promotions to increase patient conversion

• Assist in planning a semi–monthly one–on–one lunch with our scheduling coordinators and the treatment coordinators

• Take responsibility for the cleanliness of the exam/consultation room

• Take responsibility for meeting end of the month production goals

• Help Clinical Coordinator organize in–house educational seminars

• Purchase all materials used for new patients

• Be an active participant in staff meetings and committee meetings

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the doctor

• Work cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect, and cooperation

• Monitor Novick Orthodontic email inbox and track patient reports

• Highly energetic with interpersonal and customer service skills
