Ponte Catrina, is an invitation to celebrate beauty.

Please note: This is a hybrid position.

Hair Stylist 40% and Salon Operation Assistance 60%

You must be licensed, experienced, and have a passion for the business portion of the salon operation.

Candidates need to have an interest in the beauty industry and business management, positive attitude and a schedule that is conducive to the established hours of operation.

Responsibilities will also include assisting Management with communications to Hair Stylists/ and Hair Stylist Assistants, coordinating scheduling/books- ensure bookings are achieved, inventory orders both- product and in house supplies, maintaining a beautiful salon space and helping to serve as conduit to define rules and guidelines for a growing salon environment. A strong business acumen and clear communication skills are a plus. A desire to grow, pro-team, but also pro-business.

Ponte Catrina follows CDC Guidelines/ COVID 19 requirements – Personal protective equipment required – Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place. Candidates will be fully trained by Founder, led by Brand Manager and duties will include but not limited to: answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, tallying and stocking product inventory, and communicating with clients to resolve customer service concerns. Checking in as necessary with Hair Stylists to attend to any of the salon floor needs.

This position reports directly to Founder and the Brand Manager.
