As a new Behavior Therapist/Registered Behavior Therapist at RISE UP FOR AUTISM, you can expect to have a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will primarily involve working directly with children on the autism spectrum to implement individualized behavior intervention plans. You will provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions, collect data on behavior progress, and assist with skill acquisition in areas such as communication, social interactions, and daily living skills. You will collaborate and communicate with a team of professionals, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), to ensure consistency and effectiveness in treatment plans.

Your role will also involve maintaining a safe and supportive environment for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately documenting and reporting on each session's progress. Familiarity with tools such as Catalyst, Central Reach or other similar software will be advantageous in documenting and tracking client progress effectively.
