alesforce Marketing Cloud Developer
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our CX Digital Marketing Practice . This role plays a crucial part in delivering high-quality solutions across marketing communication platforms, with a strong emphasis on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, while developing scalable, data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the delivery team to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
- Actively participate in technology discussions, solution design, and development activities.
- Design, develop, test, document, and deploy robust solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with customer needs.
- Analyze existing marketing platform instances and recommend improvements.
- Engage in agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement and grooming.
- Support integration and troubleshooting efforts using SFMC APIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
- Hands-on expertise with major SFMC components:
- Email Studio
- Cloud Pages
- Journey Builder
- Automation Studio (imports, exports, queries)
- Contact Builder / Data Extensions
- Mobile Connect (SMS)
- Proficiency in:
- AMPscript
- SQL
- HTML / CSS
- JavaScript
- SSJS (preferred)
- Experience with Marketing Cloud SOAP and REST APIs .
- Understanding of Salesforce CRM and its integration with SFMC (object replication, data sync, engagement tracking, etc.).
- Strong ability to interpret requirements, ask clarifying questions, and implement best practices.
