What We Are Looking For Aldridge is seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our innovative and strategic IT team.This position will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s artificial intelligence strategy.This role will help identify, research, and implement AI-driven solutions to optimize both back-office operations and field productivity.The AI Business Analyst’s primary goal is to harness the power of AI to improve efficiency, reduce risk, increase profitability, and solidify Aldridge’s position as an innovator in the construction industry. What You’ll Do

• AI STRATEGY AND VISION

  • Develop and maintain the company’s comprehensive AI strategy
  • Partner closely with project and department leadership to align technology initiatives with strategic business goals

• CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

• Partner with leaders from Preconstruction, Field Operations, Project Management, Finance, HR, and Safety to identify and prioritize business processes in need of AI-powered automation and enhancement

• TECHNOLOGY RESEARCH & EVALUATION

  • Continuously monitor and stay up-to-date with the AI landscape, with a specific focus on construction technology
  • Evaluate potential AI vendors, platforms, and tools for viability, scalability, and ROI

• SOLUTION DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION

  • Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept and pilot programs through to full-scale deployment
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively

• CHANGE MANAGEMENT & ADOPTION

  • Serve as the primary advocate for AI within the organization
  • Develop and implement change management strategies, training programs, and support systems to ensure successful integration into daily workflows

• DATA GOVERNANCE & INTEGRATION

  • Partner with the IT department to ensure that data infrastructure and governance policies support AI initiatives
  • Facilitate seamless AI integration with existing ERP and project management systems

• PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT

  • Define Key Performance Indicators to track and measure the impact and ROI of all AI initiatives
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT or Project Management experience.
  • Construction experience preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with construction management software (i.e. Procore, ACC) a plus.
  • Strong, foundational understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, data analytics, and business process automation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and build consensus.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, analyze problems, and drive data-driven decisions.

What We Offer The annual base pay for this role is between $90,000 to $120,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions.
