Pop is looking for a pediatric physical therapists to join our multidisciplinary team!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess patients' areas for growth and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy techniques address the child's individual strengths and needs.
• Design and implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve patients' mobility, strength, and range of motion to help them engage in daily activities.
• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for injury prevention and self-care
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Skills:

• Experience working with pediatric patients and within the Early Intervention system is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
