Controls Engineer (Calumet City)
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Controls Engineer in Calumet City IL. This person will be apart of a team who are writing and designing controls software and hardware for HVAC equipment (ie air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, roof top units, etc.). HVAC experience is not required but certainly a plus- experience programming PLCs OR programming within a building automation system for HVAC equipment is required. There will be a ton of training available in the team - will be able to train through shadowing opportunities and videos, etc.

Skills and Requirements
-Experience programming PLCs or within a Building Automation system for HVAC
-Bachelor's degree in an engineering field - ideally mechanical or electrical
-Experience reviewing/editing engineering drawings or working with hardware
-Local and available to go onsite daily M-F
