PEO Broker Channel Sales Executive
Comp: Base 80k to 90k + 7k ramp for 1st 3 months + Uncapped Commission + Annual Bonus Potential (~30k)Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, Vision
This company is growing and they are adding an experienced Channel Sales Executive to develop and support P&C broker partnerships that drive new client growth. This role is built for a sales professional who already has broker relationships and knows how to create opportunities within an existing network.
What You Will Do:
• Expand and deepen relationships with P&C brokers and referral partners in your region
• Identify client needs and position this companies PEO solutions as a value-driving alternative
• Lead a consultative sales cycle with business owners, CFOs and HR leaders
• Work independently with the support of an operations and implementation team
• Drive new business, grow your book, and maintain strong broker loyalty
What You Need to Bring:
• Existing network of P&C brokers that you can activate
• Proven success in consultative B2B sales
• Ability to influence at the business owner and C-suite level
• Comfortable presenting solutions that involve HR, payroll and compliance
• Self-starter with strong drive and professional presence
