Customer Service Support Associate

Description

We are currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Support Associate. This role will be responsible for supporting the Service Department, Parts Department, Sales Department, and customers in a timely and professional manner.

Your New Role:

• Responsible for answering inbound customer service calls, relaying service calls to the appropriate technician or dispatcher for timely resolution.
• Match work orders to corresponding invoices, ensuring all information is correct.
• Route Invoices to appropriate departments for processing and approval
• Responsible for scanning all invoices and uploading them to document locator.
• Collaborate with internal teams of any customer concerns, requests, or special needs.
• Email designated customers to request PO numbers and approvals for service performed.
• Email designated customer’s Invoices along with back up paperwork.
• Responsible for generating invoices for repair orders, which involves descriptions, adding parts, labor rates, and customer information.
• Conduct business professionally and respectfully with customers and coworkers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What You’ll Need to Succeed :

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and the Company Business System.
• Ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented.
• Have excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Has the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
• Administration experience is a plus.
