Core Responsibilities of a Center Medical Director
- Oversee the delivery of comprehensive patient care, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of medical practice.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to optimize patient outcomes and staff performance.

Qualifications for a Successful Center Medical Director
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
- 3+ years of experience in ANY Family Practice, Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Department (ED)
- Valid Medical Doctor (MD) from the state of Kentucky
- Board certification in a relevant specialty and an active state medical license in good standing.
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations, quality improvement, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Commitment to fostering a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.
Work Schedule: Full-time position with M-F, 8 to 5, no nights, no weekends.
