Production operator

We’re looking for reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our fast-paced marketing print production team.

In this role, you'll operate and maintain a variety of print and finishing equipment to produce high-quality marketing materials. Your day-to-day tasks may include sorting mail, assembling binder projects, operating folding/inserting machines, and ensuring all jobs meet quality and deadline standards. Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Schedule:
*
1st Shift- 6AM-2:30PM + Overtime

*
2nd Shift- 2:30PM- 11PM + Overtime

Pay rate:

• 1st Shift- $16/hour
• 2nd Shift- $17/hour

Duties:
1.
Assist with packing printed materials, including organizing, boxing, and labeling finished jobs for delivery or mailing

2.
Fold and prepare mail trays accurately according to postal regulations and project specifications

3.
Operate print and finishing equipment such as inserters, binders, and folders (training provided)

4.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment and production spaces are tidy and safe

5.
Read and follow job tickets and instructions in English, with flexibility to work weekends as required

Requirements:
1.
Good eyesight and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in sorting, packing, and operating equipment

2.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process

3.
Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow instructions in English

4.
Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours based on production needs
