About the Role:

As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mental health treatment through telehealth. You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and families, providing comprehensive assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions.

What You'll Do:

Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including IM+CANS evaluations, to accurately diagnose and understand client needs.
Treatment Planning & Delivery: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, providing a range of therapeutic services, including individual, family, conjoint, group, and marital therapy.
Case Management & Advocacy: Provide effective case management, connecting clients with essential community resources and advocating for their well-being.
Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to agency standards.
Collaboration & Consultation: Participate in regular clinical supervision, staff meetings, and peer consultations to enhance your skills and collaborate with colleagues.
Professional Development: Continuously expand your clinical knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Emergency Services & Crisis Intervention: Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
Program Development: Contribute to program policy changes and staff development initiatives.
Student Supervision: Provide supervision and guidance to practicum students, fostering the next generation of mental health professionals.
Community Education: participate in community education as needed.
