Continuously engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  
  
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business growth. • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective customer onboarding.
