Lash Artist - FT - NFuze Wellness
We are seeking a talented and experienced Full-Time Lash Artist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in lash extensions and lash lifts, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This individual will be an integral part of our aesthetics team, working alongside other beauty and wellness professionals.
Range listed is approximation as this is a commission pay based position.
Responsibilities:
● Perform a variety of lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions, as well as lash lifts and tints.
● Conduct thorough client consultations and customize services based on individual preferences and needs.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace according to NFuze Wellness protocols and state board regulations.
● Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
● Educate clients on aftercare and recommend appropriate products and services.
● Manage scheduling and follow-up communications through our EMR system (training provided).
● Participate in team meetings, trainings, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
● Licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician in the state of Illinois (required).
● Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Lash Artist; advanced lash extension techniques preferred.
● Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work.
● Excellent communication and customer service skills.
● Self-motivated and team-oriented with a professional demeanor.
