This position repots to a department manager or a process engineer. The position performs tasks associated with process improvement and supporting special projects to improve the overall process and manufacturing flow. Primary/routine tasks are to provide process and problem-solving support that could be related to waste/scrap reduction and product quality improvement and tracking. Position requires utilization of problems solving tools identified in a Lean Sigma culture.

This position will work with managers, engineers, and maintenance personnel.
