Forklift Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shift

📍 Location: Decatur, IL

💵 Pay Rate: $19.65/hour

🕑 Shifts Available: 2nd & 3rd

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Decatur, IL. In this role, you’ll be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials, supporting production, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload trucks, move materials to storage areas, and supply production lines
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or proven experience operating forklifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift as scheduled

Schedule

• 2nd Shift: Typically 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• (Exact hours may vary depending on production needs.)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Decatur, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.65/hr.
