Litigation Associate - Financial Services (5-10 yrs) - Boutique Chicago Law Firm
About the Job:
Our client, a Chicago boutique law firm with a national reach, has an active need for a litigator (financial services litigation experience preferred) to join its busy practice as a mid‑level associate. This practice focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country, and this is a terrific opportunity to gain significant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients including banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
- Assist with taking depositions
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Required Qualifications:
- 5‑10 years of litigation experience
- Exposure to financial services litigation is a strong plus
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 – $210,000.
