LaSalle Network is hiring a Web Analyst to support a growing organization following a recent merger. This Web Analyst role was created to fill a critical gap — there is currently no dedicated data or analytics owner, and the team needs immediate, hands-on support to keep analytics operations moving forward.

This Web Analyst will focus on day-to-day analytics execution, supporting tagging, dashboards and reporting across digital properties. While no data migration or merging is taking place, the environment requires comfort with ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership as post-merger processes continue to take shape.

What’s the job?

• Own tagging implementation and ongoing maintenance

• Execute hands-on analytics work using Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

• Manage tagging through Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager (GTM)

• Build dashboards and deliver recurring performance reports

• Support high-volume, operational analytics requests

• Partner closely with marketing, creative and web teams

What’s needed?

• Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and AEP (required)

• Proven tagging experience using Adobe Launch and GTM

• Experience with Adobe Customer Analytics

• Ability to build and interpret data visualizations (Customer Journey Analytics preferred)

• Solid understanding of data structures

• Curious, adaptable mindset with comfort navigating post-merger ambiguity
