TECHNICAL WRITER II
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supply chain managers and stakeholders to understand and document supply policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Conduct interviews and gather input from subject matter experts to accurately capture complex supply chain processes.
- Develop, author and maintain clear, concise, and well-structured documentation, including policies, procedures, and process guides.
- Edit and update existing documentation to reflect process changes and improvements.
- Participate in meetings, present drafts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Ensure all documentation complies with industry standards, company guidelines, and legal requirements.
- Utilize appropriate documentation tools and software to produce high-quality written materials.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous enhancement of the documentation process.
