Assembly Worker

Join our team as an Assembly Worker in a dynamic industrial manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for performing assembly tasks using various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery within a collaborative team setting. Your role includes assembling products in accordance with Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans.

• Perform assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and small machinery.
• Assemble products according to standard work documentation and quality plans.
• Conduct electrical assembly and soldering based on experience.
• Test bearings by running them through thread rolls.
• Assemble actuators for various clients such as Bobcat and Mercury Marine.
• Handle products weighing 30 lbs or less.

• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform mechanical assembly.
• Experience with soldering and inspection.
• Capability to follow step-by-step directions.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Work in a clean, temperature-controlled, and well-lit environment with about 2-3 people in each cell. The 1st shift operates from 7 am to 3:30 pm, and the 2nd shift runs from 3:30 pm to 12 am. Training for 2nd and 3rd shift candidates will occur during the 1st shift for two weeks. All candidates will start on a Monday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden Prairie, IL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
