General Manager

Parachute HiFi is a high-energy listening bar and restaurant where food, beverage, and music come together to create a one-of-a-kind experience. From the team behind Michelin-recognized Parachute, HiFi is both a neighborhood anchor and a cultural space driven by sound, flavor, and connection.

We’re looking for a General Manager who is ready to take full ownership of the floor, the team, and the bar program —and grow into a larger leadership role as we expand.

• Lead all daily FOH operations across dining room and bar
• Run service, set the tone, and ensure consistent execution
• Build and manage schedules; maintain strong communication systems
• Partner closely with BOH to ensure seamless service

Bar Program Oversight

• Oversee bar operations, systems, and consistency
• Collaborate on cocktail development and menu updates
• Manage bar inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure bartenders are trained, accountable, and delivering high-level execution

Training & Team Development

• Oversee onboarding and continuous training for all FOH team members
• Build clear training systems for service, beverage knowledge, and standards
• Coach and develop shift leads and key team members
• Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and pride

Programming & Guest Experience

• Execute and help evolve weekly programming (DJs, events, collaborations)
• Manage the flow and energy of the room—music, pacing, and hospitality
• Create a space that feels alive, intentional, and welcoming

Payroll & Financial Oversight

• Oversee payroll and ensure accurate, timely processing
• Manage labor to target through thoughtful scheduling
• Support cost control across bar and FOH operations
• Track performance metrics including sales, labor %, and guest experience

Who You Are

• A strong AGM or early GM ready to step into full ownership
• Confident leading both restaurant and bar environments
• Detail-oriented with systems (training, payroll, inventory)
• Passionate about hospitality, beverage, music, and culture
• A calm, solutions-oriented leader who shows up for their team.

• $65,000–$70,000 base salary
• Performance-based bonus tied to sales, labor, and operational goals
• Clear growth path into multi-unit or Director-level roles
