About the role
Join the kitchen team at Sinya in River North. You’ll keep our BOH running smoothly by maintaining a clean dish area and supporting basic prep as needed.
Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and cookware
Maintain a clean, safe dish pit and trash/recycling area
Follow food-safety and sanitation standards
What we’re looking for
Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet
Team player who communicates well
Evening and weekend availability a plus (hours are flexible)
