Maintenance Technician
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Maintenance Technician
$38-$42/hour (depending on experience)
1st shift + overtime available
Position Objective:
Perform preventive maintenance, installation, and repair of production and facility equipment to ensure reliable and safe operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic maintenance and repairs.
- Repair, troubleshooting injection molding machines
- Maintain and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Audit and control spare parts inventory.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and projects.
- Assist in troubleshooting production equipment and installing new machines.
- Coordinate with outside vendors for facility maintenance.
- Uphold 5S and safety standards.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Technical training or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
- Strong electrical and mechanical repair skills.
- Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and injection molding equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, utilities, etc.).
- Understanding of maintenance safety standards (Lockout/Tagout, HazCom, electrical).
You should be proficient in:
- PLC Troubleshooting Skills
- Injection Molding Experience
