Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developerwith deep expertise in ServiceNow platform development and configuration. This role requires strong technical skills in CMDB design and maintenance, ITOM Discovery, ITSM, and ITAM, along with a solid understanding of CSDM (Common Service Data Model)principles. The ideal candidate will help drive platform adoption, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices for enterprise architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain CMDBand related data models in alignment with CSDMstandards.
• Implement and optimize ITOM Discoveryand service mapping to ensure accurate asset and service relationships.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations to support ITSMand ITAMprocesses.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for operational insights and compliance monitoring.
• Maintain platform health, perform upgrades, and ensure adherence to change management processes.
• Develop and manage API integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., SCCM, monitoring tools).
• Support Agile development practices and contribute to technical documentation and design specifications.

Requirements

• Ability to work 2-3 days onsite
• 3+ yearsof hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB architecture, ITOM Discovery, and CSDM framework.
• Experience implementing ITSMand ITAMmodules, including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, AJAX) and database technologies (SQL, JDBC).
• ServiceNow certifications (Developer, Implementation Specialist, or ITOM) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification a plus.
• Proven experience delivering ServiceNow solutions for large-scale environments (5,000+ users).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with integrations (LDAP, SCCM, monitoring tools).
• Understanding of user experience design principles.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
