Bobcat Sales Representative (Kankakee)

Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is excited to be expanding to Kankakee, IL! We are currently hiring a full-time Bobcat Sales Representative to develop this new territory opening in summer 2026.

As a leader in the compact equipment industry, Atlas Bobcat takes pride in providing exceptional quality service for heavy-duty, compact equipment in the Chicagoland area. This is a perfect role for anyone interested in a future in Sales!

Your New Role:

• Responsible for generating leads and selling a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within assigned territory.
• Responsible for identifying potential customers and building relationships with them.
• Effectively maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Partner with the internal team by promoting the Rental, Parts, and Service Departments.
• Maintain accurate and up to date customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Tow equipment to customer job sites to conduct demonstrations.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment from customers
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Proven sales experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Self-motivation
• Strong customer service skills
• CDL/Medical Certification is recommended but not required at time of hire. (Should be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be based on experience, skills, qualifications, market considerations, and geographic location.

Compensation details: 65000-100000 Yearly Salary
