Inventory parts coordinator

As our Inventory & Parts Coordinator , you’ll keep the rhythm of our team smooth and steady. From organizing incoming shipments to making sure technicians have what they need before they hit the road, your attention to detail and follow-through will make all the difference in our day.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and log incoming parts accurately using FieldPulse and vendor portals.
- Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Distribute daily parts to technicians and coordinate pickups or deliveries as needed.
- Track returns, submit credits, and communicate with vendors to resolve issues.
- Identify and suggest process improvements that make our work more efficient.
- Keep the parts area safe, clean, and running like a well-oiled machine.
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth communication between departments.
- Participate in company meetings, quarterly team events, and improvement initiatives.

Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Wood Dale (8–5 standard, flexible start times 7–9 AM)
