Position Overview: The Manager of Facilities Management oversees facility operations, maintenance, life safety compliance, and infrastructure planning to ensure a safe, reliable, and regulatory-compliant environment for hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily engineering and facilities maintenance operations
• Maintain compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, OSHA, NFPA, and other regulatory agencies
• Develop and manage operational and capital budgets
• Lead emergency preparedness, life safety, and environment of care programs
• Partner with hospital leadership to align facility strategy with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• 3+ year of leadership experience in healthcare facilities management (hospital preferred)
• Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred
• Strong knowledge of hospital building codes, life safety, and regulatory standards
