Job Description
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Global Process Owner for HW Manufacturing. This role is focused on reviewing and revising our Internal Manufacturing and External Manufacturing process and system infrastructure to support massive scaling. It includes designing and deploying the most robust and scalable Contract Manufacturing model to support accelerated external manufacturing volume growth in FY26 and FY7.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.

Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Fusion Manufacturing expertise to drive the Go-Big deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of program/project management,
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of experience as hands-on program manager; preferably in a related industry.

Experience efficiently and effectively communicating findings/progress to cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and the broader organizations, with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Self-driven problem solver; able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and customer-focused environment.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
