Fiscal Director

Employment Opportunity - Fiscal Director - Full-time Exempt

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provides high-level oversight to all functions related to fiscal operations, financial reporting and organizational budget.
• Oversees grants management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, charging and collection procedures.
• Prepares fiscal audit evidence, monthly financial statements, oversees insurance revenue and fiscal contracts for the department.

Schedule:

• 8:00 am – 4:00 pm, onsite Monday through Friday. Additional after-hours may occur, as directed.

Benefits:

• Salary - $95,000 per year
• Approximately 14.5 paid holidays per year (holidays approved each year by Kendall County Board)
• Paid Vacation Time – accrued each month, available for use immediately, increases incrementally with years of service
• Paid Sick Time – 6 hours accrued each month, available for use immediately, unlimited carryover each year
• Paid Personal Time – 40 hours annually

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree required in business, or accounting.
• Relevant work experience required
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License
