Job Summary

As a Director, CRE Analytics Solutions at Altus, you will help shape the future of commercial real estate technology by driving innovative, data-driven solutions for the industry. You’ll combine deep market expertise with advanced analytic capabilities to bridge business and technical teams, translating complex challenges into scalable, impactful technology. You’ll work to understand client pain points, identify untapped opportunities, and design groundbreaking solutions that leverage data in ways never before implemented in the CRE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the Altus business strategy for target markets, personas, and key client pain points that need to be solved
• Translate business strategy and market requirements into concrete analytics solution designs
• Quantify the business impact of proposed analytics solutions
• Validate problem-solution fit with internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze current industry practices and identify opportunities for data-driven disruption
• Create solution frameworks that integrate market intelligence, predictive analytics, and automation
• Partner with data scientists and software engineers to prototype and build innovative solutions
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in proptech and commercial real estate analytics
• Collaborate with product management to align analytics capabilities with the commercial roadmap
  
  

Key Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in Real Estate, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
• 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate analytics
• Proven track record in solution design, data analysis, and advanced analytical developments
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Deep expertise in CRE market dynamics, investment strategies, and valuation methodologies
• Extensive knowledge of industry data sources, both traditional and alternative
• Ability to identify market opportunities and design innovative solutions
• Experience with emerging proptech solutions
• Knowledge of machine learning applications in real estate
• Track record of innovation or thought leadership in CRE technology
