JD Edwards (Manufacturing)

Location - Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior JD Edwards to support and optimize our Manufacturing operations . This role will serve as a critical liaison between business users and technical teams, responsible for ERP system implementations, process improvements, and ongoing support of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.

Key Responsibilities:

JD Edwards System Ownership

• Lead JD Edwards EnterpriseOne manufacturing system enhancements .
• Conduct system analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis to improve system performance and business outcomes.
• Manage change requests and prioritization using ServiceNow/JIRA .

Manufacturing Process Support

• Configure and support modules including Manufacturing, MRP, Shop Floor Management, Procurement, Inventory, and BOM .
• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to enhance efficiency and ensure seamless integration with finance processes.

Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, Operations, and external vendors .
• Assist with ERP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts .
• Develop and maintain training materials, user documentation, and best practices .

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP systems .

• Experience in Manufacturing modules (MRP, Procurement, BOM, Inventory Management, Shop Floor) preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field .

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with JD Edwards upgrades and large-scale ERP implementations .
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis .
• PMP or Scrum Master certification .
• Experience working in Manufacturing or Supply Chain environments .
• Familiarity with EDI integrations and financial reporting tools (ReportsNow, Insight) .
