The Job

We’re looking for a Dishwasher to join the Bambi crew. This is one of the most important roles in the building — the heartbeat behind the scenes that keeps the bar and kitchen moving smoothly. You keep us stocked, clean, organized, and able to do what we do best: serve our guests with love. If you take pride in doing things right and being someone the team can depend on, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, bar tools, and kitchen equipment quickly and consistently
• Keep dish station, kitchen areas, and back-of-house clean, stocked, and organized
• Take out trash and recycling as needed; restock cleaning supplies, towels, and chemicals
• Assist with basic prep tasks when needed (labeling, organizing deliveries, restocking plates, ice, glassware, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and service staff to keep the flow moving smoothly
• Support the team wherever needed during service — whether that’s running glassware, polishing silverware, or helping reset the line
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
