Title: Associate Attorney
Location: Chicago, IL
Compensation: Base $100K-$140K (DOE) + Bonus Opportunities

Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will assist in providing legal representation to clients in various civil defense matters. This role involves conducting legal research, drafting documents, and participating in litigation processes to ensure effective legal outcomes for our clients.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Assist in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials as needed
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of case progress
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other stakeholders
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in IL
- 2+ years of experience in Illinois civil litigation
- Strong understanding of civil law and litigation processes
- Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
