Occupational Therapist - School-Based Opportunity

In this role, you will:

• Conduct client evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

• Deliver engaging and effective occupational therapy services

• Document progress and collaborate with educators and families to support student success

Position Details

• Modality: Occupational Therapist

• Grade Level: Elementary

• Hours: 9-10 hours per week

• Schedule Options:

• 2 hours/day, 5 days per week

• OR 3 hours/day, 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

• Start Date: ASAP through end of school year

• Minimum Requirements

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• One (1) year of professional experience preferred

• Current CPR certification (if applicable)

• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

• Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
