Occupational Therapist - School-Based Opportunity

In this role, you will:

Conduct client evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

Deliver engaging and effective occupational therapy services

Document progress and collaborate with educators and families to support student success
Position Details

Modality: Occupational Therapist

Grade Level: Elementary
-
Hours: 9-10 hours per week
-
Schedule Options:
-
2 hours/day, 5 days per week
-
OR 3 hours/day, 3 days per week (Mon, Wed, Fri)

Start Date: ASAP through end of school year

Minimum Requirements
-
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
-
One (1) year of professional experience preferred
-
Current CPR certification (if applicable)
-
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)
-
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
-
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years of age
