As our Line Cook, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prepare menu items in a timely and sanitary manner
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
- Ensure all food served meets quality expectations
- Set up and break down your station, including prep work
- Keep your station and kitchen clean, organized, and stocked
- Handle and store food properly, including rotation
- Monitor food temperatures during cooking and service
- Track and report food waste
- Prepare meals for guests with allergies or dietary needs
- Communicate any issues with food, equipment, or safety to management
- Complete additional tasks as assigned

- Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications –
- At least 1 year of cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to work well on a team
- Basic knowledge of kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Can work independently when needed
- Able to lift 20–40 pounds regularly
- Works quickly and completes tasks on time
- Familiar with kitchen equipment and tools
- Prepares food based on guest requests and recipe standards
- Professional, patient, and respectful attitude
- Must have a valid Food Handler’s card
- Brings a positive attitude and supports the team
- Follows all safety guidelines while working
Education (Optional / Adjustable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
