Farm Scale Help

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions is in partnership with 30+ prominent grain elevators within a 30-mile radius of Bloomington IL. If you are seeking to get into the agriculture field with more of a clerical perspective these farm scale help positions are what you are looking for! This is a great way to get some quick cash into the bank before the holidays!


Farm Scale Help Job Summary:

• Pay: $16an hour
• Shifts Available:
• 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Peak Harvest will require Overtime 7a-7p, including weekends)
• Working in a scale house weighing farmers in and out when dropping off product
• Answering calls and directing as needed
• Data entering the details/quality of the product coming in ex. corn, wheat, and soybeans
• Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Farm Scale Help Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Previous Farm Scale Help experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Multi-tasking
• Must be able to work outdoors in a dusty environment
